For pieces that incorporate silk or fabric elements, you can choose from available color options. Whether you are matching a specific bridal palette or looking for something unique, we will work with you to find the right fit.
Design Consultation
Not sure exactly what you want? That is completely fine. Reach out with inspiration images, a description, or even just a feeling. Lyda will guide you through what is possible and what will photograph beautifully on your wedding day.
Our Process
Silk dyed and layered by hand, in our studio
Every LAFORET flower is built by hand, layer by layer, using silk we dye ourselves in the studio. Because we control the dyeing process from raw silk to finished petal, we can match any palette, from a single swatch to a wedding party's full color story. Centers are hand painted for depth and dimension, so no two blooms are ever quite the same.

How a custom order works
Email Us Your Vision
Write to us at admin@laforetstore.com with your idea, inspiration images, your wedding date, and any questions. We respond within 1 to 2 business days.
We Discuss and Confirm
Lyda will review your request and walk you through what is possible, available fabric colors, and a price estimate before anything is confirmed.
Handmade in Dallas
Once confirmed, your piece is made by hand in our studio. We will keep you updated throughout and ship it directly to your door.
What to Include in Your Email
Help us picture your piece
- The type of piece you have in mind, such as a comb, earrings, a necklace, or a headpiece.
- Inspiration images, a sketch, or a description of the look you are after.
- Your color palette or fabric swatches, if you have them.
- Your wedding or event date.
- Any existing LAFORET piece you would like reimagined.
Custom orders are completed within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of confirmation. We recommend reaching out early, especially for bridal pieces.
