Every LAFORET piece arrives in our signature gift-ready packaging, a crisp white or noir box tied with a grosgrain ribbon, nestled inside a hand-stamped linen pouch, and accompanied by a branded keepsake card. The unboxing experience is designed to feel like an occasion in itself, because we believe the moment you open your LAFORET piece should feel as special as the day you wear it. No extra wrapping needed: your order arrives ready to give, or simply to keep.

 

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to make an order?

Each piece is meticulously crafted to order, ensuring a unique creation made just for you. We do not maintain a large inventory of pre-made hairpieces, though a selection of ready-to-ship pieces is available and ships within 1 to 3 business days.

For made-to-order pieces, production typically requires 1 to 3 weeks, with shipping time calculated separately. Once completed, orders ship via Priority Mail with USPS within the United States, and tracking information is provided. International shipping options vary based on destination.

To ensure timely receipt, we recommend placing your order at least two months in advance. For orders needed within six weeks, rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire prior to purchase to confirm feasibility.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, if a piece is needed quickly, contact us before purchasing. Rush orders may incur an additional fee and require rush shipping. Rush orders are not guaranteed unless confirmed before purchase. Please email us at admin@laforetstore.com before your purchase.

 

 How do you ship and what does it cost?

Within the Continental USA: Free Priority shipping with USPS for orders over $200.00 dollars. For smaller orders shipping prices will be listed during checkout.

International shipping: Available upon request; costs and customs/duties are the customer's responsibility. Orders cannot be marked as gifts.About the Dallas Studio

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because each LAFORET piece is handcrafted by hand just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we want every bride to feel completely confident in her purchase.

We will make it right if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The item significantly differs from what was described

In any of these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@laforetstore.com with a photo of the issue and we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — whichever works best for you.

Custom & personalized orders are final sale.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
