How long does it take to make an order?
Each piece is meticulously crafted to order, ensuring a unique creation made just for you; as such, we do not maintain a large inventory of pre-made hairpieces. Production typically requires 2 to 5 weeks, with shipping time calculated separately. Once completed, orders ship via Priority Mail with USPS within the United States, and tracking information is provided. International shipping options vary based on destination. To ensure timely receipt, we recommend placing your order at least two months in advance. For expedited orders required within six weeks, we may be able to accommodate rush processing for an additional fee; please inquire prior to purchase to confirm feasibility.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, if a piece is needed quickly, contact us before purchasing. Rush orders may incur an additional fee and require rush shipping. Rush orders are not guaranteed unless confirmed before purchase. Please email us at help@laforetstore.com before your purchase.
How do you ship and what does it cost?
Within the Continental USA: Free Priority shipping with USPS for orders over $200.00 dollars. For smaller orders shipping prices will be listed during checkout.
International shipping: Available upon request; costs and customs/duties are the customer's responsibility. Orders cannot be marked as gifts.

Can I return or get a refund for my order?
Because each piece is lovingly made just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive something unexpected, please don’t hesitate to reach out to help@laforetstore.com.
