Shipping policy

Order Processing:

For made-to-order items, each piece is carefully handcrafted to your specifications and will typically ship within approximately 1 to 3 weeks* after purchase. Shipping will be via USPS. Please note that this turnaround time reflects our best estimate for production only and does not include transit time. Unless otherwise agreed upon before purchase, production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur between items, making each unique. We strongly recommend placing your order early to ensure delivery well in advance of your event or intended use.

 

Shipping:
We ship via USPS domestically and internationally. Approximate delivery times are:

Domestic: 3 to 8 business days.

International: 5 to 20 business days (customs delays may apply).

 

Tax& Shipping Costs:
Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Orders shipped within Texas include Texas state and local sales tax. We offer free shipping within the Continental USA for orders over $200 dollars.

 

Tracking & Notifications:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.

International Shipping & Customs:
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
